With all of this advice in mind, I have successfully changed my daily routine in a way that helps my body and mind function as it is supposed to. I have felt many changes throughout the process and I am excited to share with all of you in a little more detail what exactly I have done and why I chose to do them. As I mentioned in the video, fitness is something that we are all aware of and we have knowledge of some of the benefits that it gives us, however, when looking a little more deeply into it you can see that even 20 minutes a day can alter your overall health and clarity immediately. Leaving you happy, motivated and ready to go each and every day. Our body needs energy to function, both consciously and subconsciously.
