Pro’s To Failing?
While I was growing up, I remember the phrase “failure is never an option” being thrown around in my household. Whether it was failure in school, in an after school activity, or any other thing that we may have been working on, we went into it with a mind set that we could not fail. We are the millennial generation… born between 1982 and 1995. We are a generation that has been misperceived and doubted among the generations before us. We are people who are determined to make a difference in this world, stubborn about our goals, and have more confidence than ever.
