To My Fellow Dancers…
I work in the Arts Industry… the most cruelly judged and ridiculed industry of work out there. Someone is always criticizing you or telling you what you should change about yourself in order to succeed. Most of this comes from the higher up in the Arts; producers, casters and the people in charge. Pro’s To Failing?
While I was growing up, I remember the phrase “failure is never an option” being thrown around in my household. Whether it was failure in school, in an after school activity, or any other thing that we may have been working on, we went into it with a mind set that we could not fail.
